You privacy is extremely important to us. For the purpose of sales and shipping, we collect your name, postal address, email address, phone number, and if you choose to create an account we store these details, and your order history on our private database. If you make an order via email, and therefore choose not to create an account, we will not store any of this information online, and will only keep invoice information (name, postal address, phone number, email address) in our files. We will never disclose this information to any outside parties, unless required by law.
We do not store, or even have access to, your credit card, PayPal or bank account details. We offer a range of payment options to suit your needs, including PayPal as a secure payment gateway for your credit card payments.
We use our newsletter to inform you of sales, products and updates to our website. If you do not wish to receive this information please ‘un-check’ the newsletter box in your account, this will unsubscribe you from our newsletter.

All shirts, onesies, bibs and singlets are in stock unless specified as a 'pre-order', and designs are applied when payment is cleared. Normally your order will be postedon the next posting day (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday)after cleared payment, but please remember that we are parents running a home-based business, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances may delay postage. We will keep you informed of the status of your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We have conducted extensive quality testing and check our products for faults before dispatch. However, we are human and can miss or overlook things, so please check you items before wearing or washing. If you find the item is faulty, please contact us to arrange a return at your expense. If the item is faulty we will gladly refund, exchange your item for an identical item (there may be a delay if item is out of stock), or allow a store credit equal to the amount you paid for that item. If we find the item is not faulty, or has been washed or worn, we will return the original item C.O.D.
We are not legally obliged offer a refund if you order the wrong size or simply change your mind about a purchase. We may accept returns and issue refunds at our discretion, but will withhold a 10% restocking fee on the items. At our goodwill we may allow an exchange for an equal or lessor valued item, and we reserve the right to hold on to the difference in value between items of varying values. Where you are not legally entitled to a refund, all postage charges, including postage back to us, is the responsibility of the customer.
'Seconds' stock are sold with full disclosure of the defect or fault. All 'Seconds' purcahses are final, and there will be no refund or exchange available.
'Pre-order' stock is sold under the conditions listed in the product page. In most cases pre-order stock is just that, 'pre-order', and will be shipped once it reaches us. If you have any questions regarding per-order stock, pleae do not hesitate to contact us.
