Payment and Postage

For postage tracking please go to the Australia Post Parcel Tracking service and enter you Register Post or Express Post reference number.

Payment Infomation

We accept bank deposit (preferred), money order and PayPal for all orders. Payment is expected within 7 days from check-out. Failure to pay without contacting us will result in your order being cancelled. If you complete check-out and then find yourself unable to pay within this time frame please contact me to make alternative arrangements.

Bank Deposit is preferred over other payment types.

If paying via bank deposit please include surname and order number (as displayed on your invoice) as the reference for bank deposit payments.
eg. If your surname is Cameron and your order number is 00001, your reference will be 'Cameron 00001'
Bank account details will be shown at check-out, and on your account page.

Name and Address to send money order to will be displayed during check-out. Please ensure you send a note with your money order with your name and order number so I know who the payment is from.

If you choose to pay via PayPal you will be taken to the secure PayPal site during check-out, where you have the option of logging into your PayPal account and paying by your preferred method (bank, debit or credit card), or paying via credit card on the secure PayPal site without the obligation of creating a PayPal account.

Postage

All orders are sent Registered, using Australia Post. We try to post on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (please refer to our Policies page). You will be advised when your order has been posted. Allow 2-7 business days from dispatch for delivery by Australia Post.

We offer registered postage at a flat rate of $7 for all orders under $120 for postage within Australia.
FREE REGISTERED postage is offered to all orders $120 and over.

Express Postage is available for $10 (exc. orders over 5kg).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We post to most countries, via Australia Post Registered International Parcels, which provides the security of needing a signature upon delivery, to ensure your order reaches you safely. The following postage charges are in Australian dollars and are for countires we have posted to regularly, and is not an all inclusive list of countries we post to. Parcels over 2kg will incur extra charges.
If your country is shown below, you can complete check-out the usual way. Your postage costs will be displayed during check-out. Countries outside Australia must pay via PayPal.
Canada: $30.00AUD
New Zealand: $15.00AUD during September!
United Kingdom: $25.00AUD
United States of America: $30.00AUD

PLEASE NOTE: All parcels sent have our logo and business name displayed on a small return address label on the packaging. If you would prefer this didn't appear on your parcel please write "DISCREET RETURN ADDRESS LABEL" in the comments section during check-out.
